Banners4Less can print on a wide range of substrates. We will gladly advise on which substrates to use for particular projects and provide samples.
Most of our banners are printed on 4 metre wide full solvent ink printers on 520gsm vinyl from Vuflex, at 300dpi. Higher resolution printing is available at an extra cost if required. This is recommended for point of sale situations. The standard finish for our banners is 40mm high frequency welded hems with brass eyelets. Other finishes are available including flat cut, where there is no hem or eyelets and provision of sleeves for poles. If you need something different please ask.
Typically smaller banners are printed on 520 gsm vinyl material. Larger banners (for example building wraps) and large banners to be used in open spaces would be printed on 320 gsm mesh vinyl. This material is perforated, allowing air to pass through, reducing the strain on the scaffold or mounting and also letting light pass to the building hidden behind. Mesh vinyl can be supplied with a range of perforation sizes for different applications.
We use the best materials so our customers get the best results. Click to see examples.
Self adhesive vinyl can be applied to most surfaces. It can be used to good effect to create shop window displays. Create mobile billboards by applying self adhesive vinyl to lorries, trailers, cars and buses. Create rigid signs by applying self adhesive vinyl to foamex board or aluminium composite board. Self adhesive vinyl can be applied to almost any surface including pavements, shop floors and walls.
Floor vinyls can be used indoor or outdoor and can be used for short term or long term displays. We use a variety of vinyls for floor displays depending on intended application and expected life. The vinyls we use for floor vinyls are certified for use as "anti-slip" floor vinyls.

Contra Vision
is sometimes referred to as a one-way vision material, though many different
vision control options are possible. There may be a design or colour on
one side that is not visible from the other side, which typically provides
a clear, tinted view. Alternatively there may be a design on both sides
neither design being visible from the opposite side. Contra Vision
BACKLITE
can be applied for instance to shop windows and illuminated from inside
the shop. Typically used when display during the hours of darkness is more
important. Contra Vision
